Game Room
Rainy days don't have to be a bad thing. We have stocked our bonus room with games, a ping pong table, Large TV, and Roku to make sure you have as much fun onside as outside.
Quiet Hours
We have the best neighbors! Please respect them and their peace. No parties please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am.
Sheds and Owners Closet
We have a few auxiliary buildings and closets on the property that are off limits. Please click here for more info.
Yard Service
Don't be startled by the hum of a lawn mower. Our yard service takes place on every other Tuesday. They will let themselves in the side gate and be in and out before you know it.
Porch Furniture
In you arrive in the rainy season, you will find covers on the furniture. We leave them on until you arrive to make sure you have a clean dry seat to sit in. Please just feel free to remove and leave them under the covered part of the deck during your stay.
Shoe Policy
Our favorite part about Oregon is being outdoors, but we want to leave the dirt outside. We kindly ask that you leave your shoes in the bin by the front door. Thanks in advance.
Hot Tub
We invite you to take a soak with a view. Overlook the valley or stargaze from our treetop hot tub. Click here to see a quick video of how to safely operate the hot tub and the spa rules.
We have 1 covered spot and 1 uncovered parking spot adjacent to the first. Please click here link for pictures of where to and not to park. The city owns property and will tow your car. We also ask that you do not park on the slope by the entrance.
Piano
Several generations have learned to play piano on this lovely Yamaha. We invite our guests to play too. Please just honor our heirloom by not having food or drink on it.
Dirty Dishes
We invite you to create and savor meals in the kitchen. Please just remember to load and start the dishwasher before departing.
First Aid and Fire Extinguisher
You will find a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. Our first aid kit is kept in the master en suite bath. If you need anything from it, please feel free. Just shoot us a little note what was needed so that we can replenish.
Television
We do have a large television in the game room, perfect for movie night. It has a Roku that will allow you to sign into any of your streaming services ( none provided ). Bedrooms do not have televisions.

Laundry
Staying a little longer? Feel free to do a load of laundry. We keep it stocked with detergent and dryer sheets so you can travel light.
Hot Water
Yes, both showers can run at once. You can also shower while running the dishwasher. But if you want a really hot shower, you cannot run both showers AND the dishwasher all at once. Thanks for understanding.
Local Coffee
We love good coffee and made sure to get you a special little bag from a local roaster, Tailored Coffee. We also recommend checking out Wandering Goat and Meraki.
Fireside chats are the best, but please exercise caution and common sense when using the fire pit. Please click here for details on operation.
Lighting/Fans
The lighting downstairs has traditional switches as well as a few aftermarket remotes. Please see this video if you are struggling to get fans or lights downstairs to work.
Bluetooth Speaker
